BARUCHealth Self-Therapy

Meditation Introduction

“Movement is the give and take of mobility and maximum depth of contraction regulated through active flexibility.”

Welcome to BARUCHealth Movement Education. Every person who participates in BARUCHealth Movement Education starts at the same place, but the rate of progression, personal potential and end point is different for each individual.

Please begin with Movement Session #1. You will repeat each individual Movement Session (in order) 5 times.  Perform no more than one Movement Session per day.

Program Order Explained:
-Perform ‘Movement Session #1‘ 5 times.
-Perform ‘Movement Session #2‘ 5 times.
-Repeat sequence for Movement Sessions #3-10.

After completing all 10 Movement Sessions begin following one of the Training Schedules.

Training Schedules are designed for 2, 3, 4 and 5 days per week.  Training Schedules are set up on 2 week cycles.

By completing all 10 Movement Sessions and by following one of the Training Schedules you will be preparing to complete (in order) each of the 4 Strength Stages. The Strength Stages have been developed to create a well rounded physical practice and body.

The goal for each individual is to achieve greater strength, flexibility and balance; and to be without physical tension and pain.
